“He was terrific. When he heard we were coming to Florida to look, he put aside three days on his schedule to show us houses. He got us any information that we wanted and answered all of our questions. He was just terrific through the whole entire thing. He would contact the other Realtor for me to find out questions about some of the things that came up during the home inspection. He just did all kinds of research for me. We had a limited amount of time to look at listings, and he set up all kinds of different properties for us to look at. "We bought a condo in Florida. We put a bid in on the place, and Emily arranged for a home inspector to come and look at it before we finalized the deal. The inspector went into the attic to check things, stepped on a sprinkler head, and did $18,000 worth of water damage to our condo. Emily and Tom were wonderful in helping us get through all of the red tape to buy the place as is. They were accessible to us whenever we needed them. Even after we made settlements, Emily has still been in touch. They’ve been wonderful."
