“He was terrific. When he heard we were coming to Florida to look, he put aside three days on his schedule to show us houses. He got us any information that we wanted and answered all of our questions. He was just terrific through the whole entire thing. He would contact the other Realtor for me to find out questions about some of the things that came up during the home inspection. He just did all kinds of research for me. "He was very responsive. It was not an easy sale at all, and he worked his tail off to get us where we were supposed to be. We had a limited amount of time to look at listings, and he set up all kinds of different properties for us to look at. The bank had regulations for lending on condos, and he arranged for us to use a private lender. He really went to bat for us!"

"We were working on buying a house from out of the area, so we didn’t have the luxury of being local. Jeff was very accommodating. He was always responsive to us, and he was on top of things. The title company told us they did not have a letter from the Homeowners Association. The title company should have done that weeks ago, but they were dragging their feet. Jeff got on the phone and got everything taken care of. Without his efforts over the last couple of days, I don’t know that I would have the keys in my hand right now."
