Tom Nickley keeps waking up at 2 a.m. thinking about his company's new office space. 
 
That's because he can't stop envisioning the possibilities for his residential real estate firm The Nickley Group's future office in the Cameo Theater at 1013 E. Colonial Drive — the highly recognizable 80-year-old building in the budding Mills 50 district. He signed a deal June 26 to occupy the roughly 4,200-square-foot space later in the year for his 35 or so agents. The Nickley Group is affiliated with Austin-based real estate company Keller Williams Realty. 
 
Billy Rodriguez and Colette Santana represented the Orlando-based landlord, 1013 Colonial Ventures LLC, in the five-year deal, and Mark Arnold, with Keller Williams, represented The Nickley Group. This year’s party will again be at the historic Dubsdread Ballroom in College Park on Tuesday, December 11 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The address is 549 West Par St. Orlando, FL 32804.

Fall is almost here, and today I’m pleased to be able to invite you to our annual Fall Festival Client Appreciation Event on Saturday, October 13. Once again, festivities will take place at Club Lake Plantation in Apopka, Florida at 3403 Rock Springs Road. This event is guaranteed fun for the whole family.
From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., we’ll have corn mazes, train rides, hayrack rides, face-painting, a petting zoo, a pumpkin patch, and so much more. As always, we’ll have a photographer there snapping pictures so you can look back on all the fun you and your family had. If you plan on coming, please RSVP no later than October 8.

Join us on Saturday, April 28 at the annual Dancing on the Drive event in College Park. 

This event is going to be awesome. It’s family-friendly, so there will be plenty of things for everyone to do.

Our clients will get VIP access to Dancing on the Drive. There will be live music, DJs, and a super fun dance floor. All of the restaurants, bars, and shops will be open along Edgewater Drive, and there will also be vendors, food trucks, adult beverages, entertainment, and a classic car show.
