What’s it like being a homebuyer and working with us?

In the beginning, all buyers want to see homes. They don’t want to talk to an agent and hear all about them. That’s why we have a required five-minute response time on every lead we get. We then have a new business consultation meeting with that buyer and ask about their specific situation. We like to start the criteria off large and focus it down to what they’re looking for.

Most buyers think that they need to call five, six, or seven agents, and that’s because of the service they get from those different agents. They can’t get the service they need from one, so they call others.

We connect with our clients on a higher level than most other teams. We have the best technology in the industry for clients to search homes and we make sure they’re using that technology so they get email updates every single morning on the properties that interest them the most.

There are things our clients can do on our website that we agents can’t even do on the MLS. Whereas other buyers have to wait as long as 72 hours on Zillow and Realtor.com for new listings to appear, our website is updated every five minutes. Our clients know about new properties before other agents in the market know about new properties.

We take all the stress off the buyer themselves through excellent communication. The first day we meet with a client, we explain to them what’s going on in the marketplace and what they have to do to succeed in it. We then educate them about the home buying process and what kind of support we offer.

We want our agents to have full coverage for their clients, which is why we also have showing assistants who show as many as 500 homes a month and transaction coordinators who take you step by step through the entire process.

The best part about working with us? Our clients don’t even understand how complex the process is because their experience is so smooth and enjoyable.
