How we helped Walt close on his property by staying on top of things
"We were working on buying a house from out of the area, so we didn’t have the luxury of being local. Jeff was very accommodating. He was always responsive to us, and he was on top of things. The title company told us they did not have a letter from the Homeowners Association. The title company should have done that weeks ago, but they were dragging their feet. Jeff got on the phone and got everything taken care of. Without his efforts over the last couple of days, I don’t know that I would have the keys in my hand right now."
