"We bought a condo in Florida. We put a bid in on the place, and Emily arranged for a home inspector to come and look at it before we finalized the deal. The inspector went into the attic to check things, stepped on a sprinkler head, and did $18,000 worth of water damage to our condo. Emily and Tom were wonderful in helping us get through all of the red tape to buy the place as is. They were accessible to us whenever we needed them. Even after we made settlements, Emily has still been in touch. They’ve been wonderful."
