- Focus on curb appeal. Pressure wash your sidewalks, plant flowers, clean your light fixtures, add mulch, and plant a few flowers. Perhaps even invest in some professional landscaping.
- Remove excess clutter from inside your home. You want buyers to see your home - not your belongings. Clearing off your counter tops and your closets can make your home feel much larger than it really is!
- Deep clean your home. Cleaning your home will always pay off, but you’ll need to get down on your hands and knees and use some elbow grease. You want your home to sparkle when you’re done with it.
- Repaint the interior of your home. Be sure to repaint your home uniformly and with colors that aren’t too wild. Earth tones work well, or other lighter colors. Repainting almost always adds value back into your home.
